Access & Participation Plan Manager (“APP Manager”)

Hours: 21 hours per week

Contract: 12 month FTC

Location: Maidstone, Kent with some travel to the London campus

BCNO is a leading osteopathic educational institutions provide degree programmes in osteopathy. It combines two long established colleges - The British College of Naturopathy & Osteopathy based in London and The European School of Osteopathy based in Kent. 

We are recruiting an APP Manager to lead the set-up of our Access & Participation Plan ensuring that the objectives outlined in the Plan are embedded, operationalised and institutionally owned. 

The APP Manager will lead and champion the translation of the Plan into a living, fully established framework aligned to access targets, continuation and completion priorities and progression and data capture beyond graduation.  

About you 

You will be degree educated or hold equivalent professional experience in a relevant discipline.  Importantly, you will have significant demonstrable experience in Access & Participation/Widening Participation and Equality of Opportunity in Higher Education.   This experience will have given you a strong working knowledge of the Office for Students, its regulation and APP requirements.
