Here at Sheffield Hallam University is looking for an experienced and creative member of staff to join our growing student recruitment team to work in school and colleges engagement in target regions across the country.
As a Student Recruitment Operations Co-ordinator you will deliver a proactive, efficient, and inclusive service supporting student recruitment operations, outreach, engagement and access, across key markets and target groups.
The role will contribute to the achievement of university student recruitment and access work by co-ordinating resources, systems, and stakeholder relationships to support the full student journey, from pre-engagement through to enrolment.
You will work collaboratively, ensuring customer service excellence, a positive student and stakeholder experience, and a responsive approach to student diversity.
You will have experience of organising, supporting and delivering events, projects and training along with experience of working in a student recruitment, school engagement or widening participation environment within an education environment. You'll have experience of working collaboratively with other teams and organisations to achieve common goals.
