Join us at the Digital Health Hub, a vibrant partnership spanning NHS organisations, universities, industry and local communities, working together to improve health and reduce inequalities across South Yorkshire. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a friendly, forward-thinking team dedicated to making a real difference through digital innovation.
We’re seeking a proactive, highly-organised administrator who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. You’ll be someone who enjoys being the reliable go-to person - managing diaries, keeping projects moving, supporting events and ensuring excellent communication across a wide network. If you have strong IT skills, experience coordinating meetings or events, confidence handling enquiries, and an eye for detail, this is the role for you.
You’ll join a welcoming team that values collaboration, creativity and flexibility, with opportunities to develop your skills across administration, events, communications and stakeholder engagement. As our administrator, you will play an essential role in keeping the Hub connected and running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone looking to broaden their experience across project coordination, communications and digital health, while contributing to a meaningful regional programme with real community impact.
We build teams of people from different heritages and lifestyles from across the world, whose talent and contributions complement each other to greatest effect. We believe diversity in all its forms delivers greater impact through research, teaching and student experience.
