About the Role

As our Marketing Manager, you’ll elevate ECT’s presence across our UK and international markets. You’ll design and lead multi-channel campaigns, from SEO and paid media to webinars and content, ensuring our innovative online degrees resonate with working professionals and career-focused engineers. Collaborate closely with teams at EIT, our sister organisation, to leverage their digital platform and global network, including access to remote labs and a diverse international audience.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and execute a strategic marketing plan aligned with ECT’s mission to provide globally recognised, industry-aligned engineering qualifications.
  • Own paid advertising (Google, social, display), SEO, website optimisation and conversion tracking.
  • Develop compelling digital assets, email campaigns, blog content and engaging webinar series that drive recruitment.
  • Analyse performance metrics and optimise campaigns to meet recruitment targets and ROI goals.
  • Lead and mentor the Course Advisor team, fostering a collaborative, results-oriented culture.
  • Work closely with EIT counterparts to amplify ECT’s digital brand through shared expertise and technologies.

What We’re Looking For

  • A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven and relevant experience in digital & strategic marketing is required, ideally within a higher education environment.
  • Proven track record in managing multi-channel campaigns, SEO, content marketing, email automation and analytics.
  • Confident leadership capabilities, able to inspire and develop a small team.
  • Excellent communication, project planning and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation (HubSpot advantageous).
