Overview
We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Officer to join our institution. This is a strategic and operational role requiring strong expertise in HR practice, compliance, and decisive decision-making. The successful candidate will lead on all aspects of human resources, employment relations, staff welfare, and organisational development and reporting directly to the College Principal.
Salary
Full-Time: £33,000 – £36,000 per annum
Part-Time: Pro-Rata
