UEA is a world-renowned institution committed to excellence in education, research, and innovation. Our mission includes fostering a resilient and secure operational environment, ensuring that risks are effectively identified, assessed, and mitigated.
We’re seeking an enthusiastic, collaborative individual to help strengthen and support key assurance activities across the University - no prior experience in risk or business continuity is required. If you’re curious and eager to learn, this role offers an excellent pathway to develop specialist skills in a highly valued area.
In this role, you’ll work closely with colleagues across the institution to help design, develop, implement, and embed UEA’s risk management and business continuity frameworks and support the effective delivery of Internal Audit. You’ll gain hands-on experience in how the University identifies risks, improves its processes, and prepares for potential disruptions.
If you enjoy problem-solving, building relationships, and working in a role where your insight makes a real difference, this is an outstanding opportunity to broaden your knowledge and develop a rewarding career in a vital area of University operations. Full training and ongoing support will be provided, giving you the foundation to build your confidence and expertise. Further details can be found in the attached candidate brochure.
