About You
You will be flexible, pragmatic and methodical to embrace a changing environment, being able to adapt and prioritise according to service demand. Motivation and autonomous working are key as service demand fluctuates in accordance with term times, with key themes arising for our student population alongside times of lone working, where you will manage the service.
You will be a forward thinker as the role requires planning months in advance to ensure smooth service delivery alongside using data to evidence base the work we do, always thinking of how we can strive to do better for our students!
As the first point of contact for your team of Residential Community Assistants, you will provide guidance and support for our student workers who are the face of the RCT, ensuring they are trained and their wellbeing (alongside our residential students) is at the forefront of all we do.
