About the Role
The Curriculum Operations Administrator is a member of the Curriculum Operations Team, within the Institute of Health Sciences & Education. This is a key role, the main purpose of which is to work alongside the wider Curriculum Operations Team, ensuring provision of administrative support for the programmes managed by IHSE.
The post holder will work closely with academic and professional staff, facilitating the needs of both academics and students. As such, with direct responsibility for day to day programme delivery, the post has significant reputational and operational impact.
About You
We are looking for an administrator with experience of working in an office environment (preferably a Higher Education related) and ideally with a good understanding of the HE administrative cycle and related issues. Attention to detail, and a high level of organisational, communication, analytical, numerical and IT skills are essential. The Curriculum Operations Unit is a fast paced and busy team that works closely together. The ability to work independently and problem solve and prioritise effectively, as well as being able to work effectively as part of a team is required.
