Applications are invited for the post of Control Systems Engineer from individuals with extensive knowledge of Controls associated with Control Systems, including Building Management Systems and CHP/Boiler Controllers.
The successful applicant will be required to play a key role in the operation and control of BMS (building management system), CHP Plant and Boilers, ensuring that the Estates Control Systems perform at optimum efficiency and economy. The successful applicant will manage and supervise in-house staff and contractors to ensure work is completed on time, to an acceptable standard and is cost-effective whilst complying with relevant Health & Safety Regulations, Estates procedures and manufacturers’ guidelines.
Candidates should have an HNC (or equivalent) in Electrical/Control System with relevant work experience. The successful candidate must exhibit a strong commitment to stakeholder management, attention to detail, and accuracy to ensure requests are fulfilled efficiently and in compliance with processes and procedures.
Salary will be at the appropriate point on the Grade 6 salary scale (£38,784 - £46,049 per annum) with placement according to qualifications and experience.
