We are looking for a fixed-term (12-month), full-time Lecturer in English for Academic Purposes and academic study skills to join the University of Reading Global Academy.
The Global Academy provides global expertise, innovative education and personalised support for international students across all disciplines and stages of study at the University and has a longstanding reputation for its expertise in English language teaching. EAP Lecturers are on teaching-intensive academic contracts, and you may teach across one or more of the Global Academy’s programme areas: International Foundation Pathways, Home Foundation Year, the Pre-Sessional English programme, Academic English Programme, or Short Courses. The role may also include module convening responsibilities, and, depending on prior experience, contribution to the work of EAP Assessment team on development and/or administration of EAP tests.
