Worktribe is a successful, friendly and fast-growing SaaS company providing a market-leading research and teaching platform for universities.
During this continued period of expansion and growth, we are seeking additional Worktribe Consultants to join our team. We are particularly interested in candidates with experience across some of the wider research landscape, specifically research outputs and open access, REF, research ethics and governance, contracts, agreements and intellectual property (IP), postgraduate research (PGR) administration, research impact and reporting.
We are also keen to hear from candidates with experience and expertise in setting up and managing complex integrations, and those with experience of working with other SaaS products.
The opportunity
Role being recruited: Worktribe Consultant
Location: Can be home-based anywhere in the UK as long as you can access our Bristol hub at least monthly
Start Date: ASAP
This role will involve managing new customer implementations, running training courses, maintaining ongoing account management, producing documentation, contributing to proposals for product developments, and other activities related to SaaS delivery.
Regular travel will also be involved; on average this will be around 5 days a month.
