The University of Strathclyde is proud to be one of only 12 UK universities awarded funding from the prestigious UK Research and Innovation (UKRI) Global Talent Fund (GTF). This £4.35 million investment recognises Strathclyde’s global leadership in research, innovation, and impact.
We are now seeking to appoint a Professor in one of our key strategic research areas: Advanced Manufacturing: Advanced Semiconductor Packaging.

Please note: These posts are supported by the UKRI Global Talent Fund. In line with the funding requirements, it is only open to international researchers who have not resided in the UK during the 24 months prior to the grant start date and are not currently employed by UK-based organisations or their overseas campuses. All researchers supported by the Global Talent Fund must relocate to the United Kingdom or the Common Travel Area. The majority of their time dedicated to the funded research must be spent physically based in the UK.
