We are looking for a dynamic and talented Global Alumni Engagement Manager. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in delivering a global alumni engagement strategy that builds networks, strengthens lifelong relationships and unlocks opportunities across sectors and geographies.
About You
This alumni engagement role is central to building a vibrant global WBS community and would suit a pro-active and experienced alumni engagement professional. We are looking for a self-starter with a passion for engaging alumni through innovative benefits and services, marketing this package across different community audiences, and implementing effective communication strategies to a global audience.
Reporting to the Director of Global Alumni Engagement, you will lead on developing strategic communication strategies, effective online engagement, and campaigns to promote benefits and services to WBS alumni from a range of different study programmes. You will also apply your excellent engagement skills to deliver a programme of events and activities, and support cross-School initiatives to maximise opportunities for WBS and its global alumni community.
You will have substantial experience of working in a purpose-driven alumni or stakeholder engagement role with proven ability to recruit, manage and motivate volunteers. We are looking for someone with excellent interpersonal and communication skills who can also demonstrate wide experience of delivering events to a global audience, is capable of managing a team, and has the ability to influence and build trust at all levels.
