Showcase your talents as part of our vibrant Greater Manchester campus community. At the University of Greater Manchester, we’re committed to delivering a rewarding experience for all our students, characterised by greater prospects, greater connections and greater support.
We’re a Guardian Top 35 ranked University, driven, in the main, by our consistently high student satisfaction ratings and our new approach to teaching, known as the ‘Greater Manchester Way’ will deliver distinctive teaching in an inclusive and supportive environment.
As an Admissions & Customer Service Assistant, you’ll play a key role in delivering an efficient, welcoming, and applicant-focused admissions service. You’ll be part of a busy and friendly team supporting the applicant journey from initial enquiry to enrolment, handling communications, checking qualifications and application details, and ensuring a high-quality service throughout.
This is a great opportunity for someone with excellent administrative skills, attention to detail, and a passion for helping others. You’ll be confident using digital systems, communicating with applicants via email and phone, and working closely with internal teams. Whether responding to enquiries, assisting with application checks, or supporting key University events like Open Days and Clearing, you’ll ensure that applicants feel informed, valued and supported every step of the way.
If this sounds like you then we’d love to hear from you.
