We’re recruiting a strategic and analytical Senior Rankings and Performance Analyst to join Henley Business School’s Rankings and Performance team. In this high impact role, you will deputise for the Head of Rankings and Performance during their secondment, leading rankings submissions and driving analysis to inform institutional priorities.
You will manage performance and rankings datasets, turning these into clear and actionable insights that shape decision making and elevate the school’s standing nationally and globally. Key to your success will be your ability to guide the Rankings and Performance team, provide expert analysis and strategic insight, and influence stakeholders to ensure alignment with Henley Business School and the University of Reading priorities.
