At Kellogg College, the Academic Office plays a central role in supporting our graduate student community throughout their academic journey, from admission and induction through to completion and graduation. We are seeking a conscientious, organised and community-minded Academic Advisor to join the Academic Office team. If you enjoy working with people, value accuracy and professionalism, and want to contribute to a supportive higher education environment, we would be pleased to hear from you.

The role

As a key member of the Academic Office, you will:

  • Provide administrative support to students, in particular supporting them with resolving progression and examination issues.
  • Line manage the Academic Officer - Student Records and Progression and provide on-going support to carry out their duties
  • Hold responsibility for maintaining accurate and informative student records
  • Conduct regular reviews to identify, develop and implement improvements to processes.

What We’re Looking For

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

  • Experience of process design and systems management
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to prioritise tasks effectively and adapt where necessary
  • Experience and knowledge of student support or progression in further or higher education
