** Background
The Human Resources directorate’s primary roles are:
To support the corporate and operations functions of the university, ensuring the university is able to comply with the law and other regulations governing its operation, through the development and maintenance an effective and compliant framework of policies and procedure, and other governance mechanisms.
To provide high quality consultancy service, advice and guidance to managers and individual members of staff in relation to all aspects of employment.
To lead on and support organisational development and culture change, in support of City St George’s strategic direction and agreed values.

As part of the People Service Team, you will support the delivery of efficient, high quality, customer-focused HR services to managers and staff across Schools and Professional Services, in accordance with City St George’s policies and procedures.
