The Department of International Development is looking to appoint a customer service focused Receptionist who will be responsible for the day to day running of the department’s reception desk and provide administrative support for the department.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills both verbal and written with ability to understand and pass on clear and accurate information and be self-motivated with ability to work with initiative and flexibility, knowing when to refer matters to others. The ability to work well under pressure, prioritise workload and give attention to detail is essential to this role.
This post is permanent and variable hours, approximately 9 to 12 hours per week with flexibility for more hours as holiday and sickness cover.
