About the vacancy:

We are looking for Administrators to join our Student and Programme Support (SPS) Team at our Frenchay and Glenside Campuses. These roles are offered on a fixed term basis.

You will be joining a team that is passionate about delivering high quality, student focussed support. New members are welcomed and made to feel at home from the outset.

As an SPS Administrator, you will work collaboratively with academic and professional service teams to deliver a high quality service that supports students to achieve success in their studies.

About you:

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with a wide range of administrative experience in a professional office environment. Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise competing demands are key in this role.

The successful postholder will have good IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, as well as experience in working with complex database systems. The ability to manipulate data and produce basic reports is essential in this role.

Team working is an integral part of everything the SPS team does and you will have the ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships with a range of stakeholders across the university. 

Excellent customer service is at the heart of everything we do at UWE Bristol and the postholder will be able to demonstrate their strong client focus and how their skills and experience to date can contribute to providing the best experience possible to our students.

This post is based at our lively Frenchay campus where we have invested in the latest facilities and resources to give both our staff and students access to everything they need to succeed.
