ABOUT THE ROLE
This fixed-term teaching role (maternity cover) is designed to support delivery across key modules in structural engineering, focusing on structural engineering teaching at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. The post-holder will work with academic colleagues to support the development of next-generation civil engineers, equipped to lead in an era of climate-aware and performance-driven design.
The post holder will use their background in structural engineering to contribute to undergraduate and postgraduate teaching in advanced structural analysis and design. They will lead and support teaching on topics including:
The role will also involve delivering project-based and studio-based learning in structural design modules at undergraduate level.
This is a maternity cover role with an end date of 31st of March 2027 in the first instance.
