Position: Assistant/Associate/Full Professor/Academic Leader of the Discipline

Your Tasks / Responsibilities

  1. Utilize expertise in economics and management to conduct teaching and high-level research. (Digital Marketing, Finance and Accounting, Human Resource Management, and Digital Economics/Econometrics.)
  2. Demonstrate strong execution and actively participate in and contribute to various initiatives for the development of the school. 

Requirements

Candidates should have a passion for education, an open-minded personality with the willingness to work together with companies and to do applied research.

  1. Ph.D. degree;
  2. A high level of English language proficiency is required to undertake full English taught course(s);
  3. Candidates must have a strong commitment to effective teaching, productive research, and quality services to the school, the university, and the society;
  4. Candidates shall have the ability to work collaboratively, willing to work with colleagues to carry out the duties of school.
  5. Working experience in companies/institutions/organizations outside of the campus is preferred.;
  6. International educational background and/or work experience is preferred;
  7. Immediate Availability Preferred.

About the SZTU Business School

The Business School of Shenzhen Technology University (SZTU) was established in June 2018. It is a high-level, a research-oriented and application-driven business school rooted in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, with a national reach and international benchmarks. The school currently has over 1,000 students(including international students) and adopts a small-class, all-English teaching model. The school currently offers three undergraduate programs, International Business, Marketing, and Financial Management, and a joint MBA program. In November 2023, the school was officially approved to enter the AACSB international accreditation process, joining the global standard of business school excellence. 

The school’s faculty consists of more than 40 members, nearly 40% of whom are international teachers. 100% of the faculty hold doctoral degrees, and over 90% have overseas study or work experience. One-third of the teachers graduated from top 100 universities worldwide.

Most faculty members have worked in international business companies and government agencies, bringing rich international backgrounds and practical experience to the classroom.
