About the Role
The Royal Central School of Speech & Drama, a leading arts university with a dynamic community located in Swiss Cottage, is seeking an experienced leader to manage the planned, cyclical, and day-to-day operations of our Campus Estate. This critical role ensures that the Estate is maintained, improved, and developed, while meeting the highest levels of compliance through effective planned and cyclical maintenance.
The review of planned maintenance will focus on maximising value for money through intelligent procurement, supporting our carbon and sustainability targets, and addressing accessibility requirements.
The role will implement procedures and processes to ensure full control of key suppliers while they are working on the Estate, as well as managing the handover of completed works to ensure statutory compliance and that quality standards are met. This includes ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and sustainability standards across all areas, from facilities and security to contractor management and regulatory compliance.
