The University of London
The University of London is both the UK’s largest provider of international distance and online learning and the convenor of a federation of 17 renowned higher education institutions.
The federation brings together more than 250,000 learners and 50,000 staff in a collaborative community that is delivering high-quality research and education across all disciplines.
By working together, we expand access to outstanding higher education and resources and extend their benefits to learners and researchers across the UK and around the world.

It comprises eight internationally renowned research institutes as well as centres of excellence in Digital Humanities, Refugee Law and Public Engagement. It has four nationally and internationally recognised specialist research libraries.
The Role
The role is a full-time position at the School supporting the work of the doctoral centre which supports the development of our postgraduate research student community and more widely the training required for postgraduate study. The team is small and this year registered almost 180 research students supervised by the School and colleagues in University of London in Paris. These numbers are likely to grow as the School plans to support new initiatives across the federation of the university and internally. We have also expanded our range of research degrees and the popularity of those is beginning to take off. You join us at an exciting time!
