About the role
This role provides support to a small finance team within LCCOS. Duties include day‑to‑day finance administration such as processing invoices, completing reconciliations, and responding to financial queries. The successful candidate will also assist with month‑end activities, including prepayments, accruals, journals, and reporting. Experience in a financial administrative role, involving varied responsibilities and the use of a large finance system, is expected.
Hybrid Working: This role is eligible for hybrid working with a minimum of 20% on site. The finance team presently works on alternate Tuesdays on campus.
This role will be available until 31/05/2026 in the first instance.

About you
We are looking for candidates with proven knowledge and understanding in a financial administrative role, covering a wide range of responsibilities, and using a large finance system. The post holder should have proven ability to work accurately, good level of numeracy and ability to prioritize workload to meet deadlines are essential.
