About the role
Are you passionate about developing people and driving culture change through coaching? Join our newly established Centre for Coaching & Leadership an ambitious venture in support of the new people strategy where we aim to develop class-leading approaches, blending evidence with practical application to drive cultural change.
We’re looking for a strategic and experienced coaching professional to lead and deliver impactful coaching interventions across the University. This is a high-trust, high-impact role working with senior leaders and teams, embedding coaching into leadership development, culture change, and capability building.
