About the role
The Humanities Division at the University of Oxford is seeking to appoint an Administrative Assistant to take responsibility for the day-to-day operations of this busy office. Working collaboratively with colleagues from across the Divisional Office and the ten faculties (departments) of the division, this is a key role which will ensure the smooth running of this friendly office.
The postholder will provide frontline support for queries from the Humanities Divisional Office, proactively assess the Divisional Office and act on any issues, and liaise with the Schwarzman Centre’s Building Operations and Facilities Management teams to ensure the smooth running of the office.

You will have the ability to work proactively on your own initiative, with a range of people across a variety of activities. You will also have a strong focus on customer service and a flexible, can-do attitude.
