Applications are invited for a Health Services Researcher to join a team led by Kamal Mahtani and Stephanie Tierney on a research programme to evaluate the integration of additional roles into general practice and primary care.
The post holder will work closely with the project team to develop the study protocol and undertake a realist review, alongside related evidence synthesis and stakeholder engagement activities. This will include iterative theory development and engagement with practitioners and policy stakeholders to inform programme theory refinement.
They will work alongside senior colleagues to deliver core work packages, coordinate elements of project delivery, manage their own time effectively, and maintain engagement with key stakeholders. The role will involve regular interaction with external collaborators, members of the public, and wider stakeholders to ensure the research remains grounded in real-world priorities and is relevant to service delivery.
You will be based in the Radcliffe Observatory Quarter, Woodstock Road, Oxford, OX2 6GG. The work will mainly involve analysing existing data, providing an opportunity for flexible working. It will also include supported, team-led stakeholder engagement activities, which may involve face-to-face interactions at various locations across England.
