About the role
The HR Recruitment Advisor (Immigration) provides operational immigration and recruitment support, ensuring compliance with UK immigration legislation and University policies. The role supports recruiting managers and staff by providing guidance on immigration routes, maintaining compliance records and assisting with audit preparation.
Skills, experience and qualifications
Essential:
- Degree-level qualification with evidence of continuous professional development
- Strong understanding of UK work visas and sponsor responsibilities
- Experience providing policy advice and customer-focused support
- Strong organisational, analytical and communication skills
Desirable:
- CIPD part-qualified or substantial HR administration experience
- Experience in immigration compliance, Higher Education, or UKVI SMS
