As part of a collaborative and dedicated PA team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the Executive's office, delivering exceptional 1:1 support in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.

What you'll do:

  • Manage complex diaries and inboxes with discretion and efficiency.
  • Coordinate and support high-profile events and initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Organise, prepare, and service meetings, ensuring seamless operations.
