  • Maintain accurate, secure, and up-to-date quality records and documentation to support monitoring, reporting, and audit activity.
  • Act as a key point of contact for internal and external quality-related enquiries, escalating issues where appropriate.
  • Prepare documentation and evidence for internal reviews, external audits, and accreditation events.
  • Review and process programme and module modification requests in line with ECT policies, ensuring specifications remain accurate and current.
  • Coordinate and service programme validation and revalidation panels, ensuring alignment with ECT’s Quality Framework.
  • Support annual programme and module review processes, monitoring submissions and follow-up actions.
  • Manage programme accreditation activity, including supporting accreditation events, tracking actions, and disseminating good practice.
  • Act as secretary to academic committees, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas and papers, taking accurate minutes, and monitoring action completion.
  • Manage the External Examiner lifecycle, including appointments, induction, training, and ongoing communication.
  • Produce clear, accurate reports and papers on academic quality matters for committees, stakeholders, and senior management.
  • Contribute proactively to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance quality assurance processes and the student experience.
  • Undertake additional duties commensurate with the scope and level of the role as required by the Quality and Compliance Manager.
