This is an exciting opportunity to join Queen’s Research as a Project Manager, playing a pivotal role in the successful delivery of our world-class research portfolio.
Working within a dynamic team, you will provide high-level project management support across a diverse range of regional, national, and internationally funded programmes (including UKRI and EU schemes). You will act as a strategic partner to academic leads, guiding projects through their entire lifecycle, from ensuring resources are correctly scoped at the pre-award stage to managing budgets, risks, compliance, and audits during delivery.
This role goes beyond standard project administration. You will have the opportunity to shape the University’s wider research culture by helping to develop and lead a Project Management Community of Practice. In this capacity, you will drive continuous improvement, share best practice, and raise delivery standards across the institution.
