The Opportunity
This Early Years Teacher role offers the opportunity to lead a vibrant environment where high‑quality teaching is at the heart of every day. The role is key in driving strong levels of progress, ensuring students are consistently challenged, motivated and supported to achieve their best. With a focus on excellence, creativity and personalised learning, this position plays a vital part in promoting positive outcomes, strengthening retention and building a foundation for lifelong learning. You will be responsible for the planning of teaching and learning, student development and engagement, creating and marking assessments, supporting to develop and succeed, and managing student learning plans and other course and student records systems.

About you
You are a dedicated and skilled early years professional with the ability to confidently deliver CACHE qualifications up to Level 3, supported by strong interpersonal skills that enable you to build meaningful relationships with learners, colleagues and stakeholders. Your experience in the early years sector gives you a deep understanding of child development and high‑quality practice, and you are committed to ongoing professional development to keep your knowledge current. Ideally, you also have experience planning and facilitating learning in a post‑16 environment, supporting both groups and individual students to meet targets, develop their confidence and achieve success. You either hold, or are willing to work towards, a teaching qualification such as a Certificate in Education, PGCE or Professional Diploma in Teaching, alongside a minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification .
