You will have excellent written and oral communication skills enabling effective communication at all levels within the institution and with external organisations and individuals. You will have strong organisation, planning and document management skills and experience of attending and recording minutes at meetings up to and including Board level is desirable. You will have a proactive and positive attitude, adaptability, and strong people skills to manage diverse stakeholders. An eye for detail, the ability to work independently and efficiently, and accurately under pressure to meet deadlines and to deal with conflicting demands and conflicting priorities, and a commitment to inclusive and progressive practice are all crucial to this role. You will have very good IT skills, specifically MSOffice. The ability to deal with sensitive material with strict confidentiality is essential.
