We have an exciting opening for up to two academics at Lecturer or Senior Lecturer level to join the Department of Comparative Biomedical Sciences at our Camden campus.
The posts are suitable for research-focused academics with a basic science, biomedical, veterinary or medical degree. The successful applicants will have a proven track-record of high-quality publications and externally funded research that aligns with or compliments the RVC’s existing research strengths in Biomedical and Clinical Sciences (see link at https://www.rvc.ac.uk/research), ranging from fundamental cell and molecular biology to translational science benefiting human and veterinary health. We have extensive research facilities and expertise in musculoskeletal biology, structure and motion, neuroscience, cardiovascular, endocrinology and pharmacology, reproduction, genetics and microbiology, and strong collaborative links with the two other Departments at RVC, Pathobiology and Population Sciences and Clinical Science and Services.
Applicants must be enthusiastic teachers and will contribute significantly to the delivery and assessment of our undergraduate and postgraduate degree programmes.
