The successful candidate will lead the School’s dedicated MBA Careers provision, including for students studying, or alumni who have studied, UCL MBA Health and the UCL Executive MBA Health.
You will also be responsible for delivering all the Careers Consultant elements aligned with the MBA programmes, in order to support students through their careers journey, to achieve both their immediate and long-term career ambitions.

The post holder will work with the MBA Programmes Directors to develop and evolve the MBA Careers provision, based on relevant data and student/stakeholder feedback. This includes potentially taking on additional team members should student numbers grow/potentially recruiting and managing a roster of Associate Consultants to work with students/alumni on an ‘as-and-when’ basis, which could include in global locations.
The post-holder will be required to recommend and initiate new ideas, and take responsibility for student engagement, a high-quality output and for collating / reporting on relevant data and feedback. The post-holder will also be responsible for initiating a process to collate students’ outcome, salary and employability data at various points throughout and when they leave the programme, for the purpose of external rankings and accreditation.
