Location: UK based (Remote) or Sheffield (Hybrid) (Office location: 77 Sidney St, S1 4RG Sheffield)

Hours: FTE (37.5 hours per week, Mon-Fri)

Contract Type: Permanent (after 3-month probation period)

Start Date: ASAP subject to notice period

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our B2B Group marketing team. This role is perfect for someone with hands-on marketing experience who is ready to take the next step and own projects across paid media, automation, content distribution, and analytics. You will work closely with colleagues across marketing, sales, and product to execute campaigns that strengthen Keystone’s brand presence and generate high-quality leads for our global sales team.

What You’ll Do

  • Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across channels (organic social media, LinkedIn, Google Ads, paid social, email marketing etc.)
  • Help coordinate physical and online events (webinars, in-person events, and contribute to conferences like NAFSA, EAIE, etc.)
  • Develop case studies, video testimonials, whitepapers, and other marketing collateral designed to engage the higher education community
  • Contribute to proposals for sessions and presentations at industry conferences such as NAFSA and EAIE
  • Collaborate with content and design teams to create engaging B2B campaigns
  • Brainstorm and create a range of articles, press releases, bespoke reports, case studies, testimonials, and content-focused activities in alignment with other team members in the marketing department
  • Manage and segment email nurture workflows and utilize marketing automation (HubSpot experience a plus)
  • Track campaign performance, analyze data, and deliver actionable insights
  • Support SEO and website optimization initiatives for B2B websites (e.g., keg.com)
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends to continuously improve our approach

What We’re Looking For

  • Significant professional experience in B2B marketing experience (B2B experience)
  • Experience using Hubspot CRM, especially Marketing Hub
  • Experience working across the UK or Asia-Pacific regions – higher education or edtech experience preferred!
  • Paid advertising experience across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other platforms
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (exceptional English required; additional languages a plus)
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to measure ROI and campaign effectiveness
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international team
  • A proactive, curious marketer who is eager to learn and grow
  • Experience working within international higher education or study abroad experience is a plus!

Locations

Hybrid role in Sheffield, UK.

Remote candidates from UK will be considered.
