The role
The Faculty Executive Team in Arts, Law & Social Sciences is looking to appoint an outstanding full-time Executive Administration Manager on a secondment basis. The role-holder will be key in driving forward the effective and efficient delivery of executive administration to the Faculty Leadership Team.
You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative functions and service provision of the Faculty and you will lead the Faculty’s dedicated group of administrators to ensure the team delivers high-quality support. The Executive Administration Manager will need to demonstrate independence and initiative to react to changing priorities and work circumstances, with scope to make decisions and develop working practices in their own remit.
