About the role
An exciting opportunity has arisen within Education Services for a directorate-wide role that supports the design, planning and evaluation of impact across a range of strategically aligned teaching and learning activities and projects. Working under the direction of the Head of Education Operations, the Education Impact Manager will provide specialist expertise in impact, evaluation and insight, working closely with teaching and learning teams, academic staff and students. You will support colleagues to translate strategic aims into clear, SMART objectives, produce robust, meaningful evidence of impact, and author high-quality reports and communications for a range of audiences. In addition, you will help colleagues plan and manage projects, ensuring initiatives are well-structured, milestones are met, and outcomes are delivered effectively.
The role is based primarily on-campus, some flexible working from home can be accommodated within business needs.
