Bayes Business School (formerly Bayes) is among the small group of business schools with an established reputation for excellence in both business research and education. The ideal candidate will have extensive entrepreneurial experience—whether as a founder, investor, or innovation leader — and strong connections with startups, VCs, and accelerators. They will actively engage with London’s ecosystem to promote our entrepreneurship programmes (MSc/MBA/Executive Education). With a proven record in public engagement, practice-based teaching, and applied scholarship, they will strategically bridge academia and industry, inspire students through experiential learning, and cultivate partnerships that drive impact, innovation, and growth across education, research, and the wider entrepreneurial community.

The selection process will involve an interview and assessment. Interviews will last no more than 30 minutes. There will be a short competency test to follow the interview that candidates should allocate an additional 45 mins for completion (1hrs 15 minutes in total for interview and assessment).
