The NCG Higher Education Centre is part of NCG, one of the UK’s largest and most inclusive education groups.
Based in Canary Wharf - London, the Centre delivers a range of higher education programmes designed to equip students with the necessary skills, knowledge and confidence to succeed in their chosen careers.

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
The Student Success Tutor provides targeted academic guidance to a designated cohort of students, with a strong focus on supporting continuation, progression, and positive student outcomes. The role involves responding to academic queries, proactively identifying barriers to engagement or achievement, and arranging timely one-to-one interventions to address academic or pastoral concerns. Student Success Tutors play a key role in enhancing student retention by ensuring that students are effectively supported and signposted to appropriate academic and wellbeing services throughout their studies.
