We are seeking to appoint a Health, Wellbeing and Care Hub (HWCH) Manager to develop, strategize and manage the operation of the HWCH, in our exciting new building on our Colchester campus.
The HWCH Manger will lead and manage the Hub and be responsible for the operational running of the services within it, ensuring they are meeting the vision set by the Dean of Integrated Health and Care Partnership.
The postholder will have excellent organisational and interpersonal skills and be a confident project manager with a strong understanding of health and social care policies. You will bring experience of working with volunteers and communities and have strong communication and facilitation skills with experience in establishing new and innovative services within NHS, University, Voluntary or Private settings. A BSc/BA in clinical administration in medical science, psychology or relevant field (or equivalent in health-related subject) is an essential requirement. You must be willing to undergo an enhanced DBS check when relevant.
The successful applicant will play a crucial role in the success and smooth operation of the HWCH, ensuring it meets the standards set by the Dean and regulatory bodies, while delivering high quality and social care services to its users.
