We're looking for an experienced and creative Marketing Manager to join the Marketing Campaigns team, in our award-winning Marketing, Recruitment and Events team.
As a Marketing Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting the Global Head of Marketing Campaigns to deliver our global recruitment and brand campaigns across a variety of channels to meet recruitment targets, drive growth and enhance institutional reputation.
What we are looking for:
We're looking for a proactive team member who has an experience of delivering integrated marketing campaigns. To do that you will have confidence of using marketing data and insight to inform decisions and influence campaign strategy. You will collaborate with stakeholders and agencies to produce compelling content, build brand narratives and engage diverse audiences. You’ll manage budgets, and timelines with confidence, use data to track performance and otpimise campaigns, and you’ll bring ambition, innovative ideas, and a team mindset to work collaboratively at all levels, during periods of pressured workload.
You’ll be a problem-solver, able to prioritise workloads and activities effectively while confidently seeking out ideas and perspectives to shape plans and determine the best course of action. You’ll bring excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a positive and supportive approach.
