Trinity College, founded in 1546 by Henry VIII, is one of the largest Colleges in the University of Cambridge, steeped in centuries of history and innovation. We are looking for an experienced HR Adviser who will act as a strategic business partner to a dedicated portfolio of Heads of Departments providing expert advice and guidance on HR best practice and taking a proactive role in dealing with casework ensuring compliance with UK law, best practice, College policies and procedures and decisions made by College Council and Committees. Initially, the Departments include the Bursary, Chapel and Music, Communications, Gardens, Health and Safety, IT, the Library, the Master’s Lodge, the New College Office, Tutorial and Works.
The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar HR business partner role. Essential skills and experience include:
