The role
This role leads the Dynamics 365 and Power Apps team within IT Services, responsible for the operational delivery, development and continuous improvement of the University’s CRM and low-code platforms.
The post-holder will manage a team of specialist engineers, working closely with colleagues across IT Services and the wider University to ensure Dynamics 365 and Power Platform services are secure, reliable, well-governed and aligned to institutional needs. The role plays a key part in shaping service roadmaps, overseeing vendor and supplier relationships, and ensuring services support the University’s strategic priorities.
