This band 7 Lecturer role will contribute primarily to our mental health nursing programme which is included within our nursing programme portfolio.
We are seeking a practitioner with a mental health nursing background, who can bring a professional insight to the academic environment. Applicants will be UK NMC professionally registered (mental health nurse) and should hold a related nursing qualification.
This role requires involvement in the planning, development, delivery, quality assurance and enhancement of curricula. Additionally, the post holder may be required to teach, supervise and assess on other programmes- as allocated by their line manager and Head of School.
As part of this role, the postholder will work collaboratively with colleagues to expand the faculty’s simulation portfolio, ensuring innovative, evidence informed approaches are embedded across programmes to reflect authentic clinical complexity and interprofessional practice.
