About the role
Role Overview
We are looking for a Service Desk Support Analyst (Student Placement) to join our IT Services team for a one-year placement. This role is a key point of contact between IT Services and the BU community.
You will provide first-line technical support and aim to resolve issues at the first point of contact wherever possible. You’ll gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced Service Desk environment while building your technical and customer service skills.
This role is ideal for a BU student who enjoys problem-solving, helping others, and working with technology.
