Academic Portfolio Lead (FEHHS Medway Campus Lead)
About the Role
The Faculty of Education, Health and Human Sciences (FEHHS) is seeking an experienced and motivated individual to lead the expansion of our provision at the Medway campus. This strategic role will focus on three key areas: Medway students, Medway staff, and Medway stakeholders.
You will provide leadership to academic staff based at Medway, foster a vibrant student community, and build strong external partnerships to ensure our provision meets local and regional needs. Acting as an advocate for change, you will influence and enable growth strategies, deliver on strategic priorities, and champion innovation in teaching, research, and knowledge exchange.
The role is fixed-term for three years, reverting to the substantive AC3 Senior Lecturer post following the end of the term

You will have a proven track record of leadership, management, and academic achievement, including experience in teaching, research, and external engagement. Strong interpersonal and organisational skills are essential, along with the ability to motivate and influence others.
