An opening has arisen for an Oracle Developer to join the Applications Support and Development team within IT Services. The role is an 18-month Fixed Term Contract, providing primarily Business As Usual support but potentially also crucial systems upgrade work as we transition the Oracle Finance system from 12.1.3 to 12.1.12.
The team is responsible for the development, maintenance & continuous improvement of critical business systems including Oracle eBusiness Suite (R12) Financials. The support and maintenance of the reporting platform, ancillary systems, and interfaces between them are also part of this role.
We are seeking a candidate with a detailed technical foundation of the eBusiness suite platform. PLSQL skills will form a key part of the role. A good working knowledge of AP, AR, GL, Projects, iProcurement, Purchasing, Inventory & EAM modules would be helpful. Knowledge and experience of Oracle Workflow Builder, Forms, Reports, reporting skills such as XML Publisher or Excel4Apps and interface/error handling are desirable.
