You will support and respond to staff and student queries via the IT Service Desk, while designing and developing high-quality digital learning content such as video materials and online resources. You will maintain and enhance the University’s published training portfolio and training records, as well as deliver IT staff inductions. The role also involves evaluating and continuously improving training content and delivery methods, contributing to IT project implementations through effective training planning, supporting mentoring initiatives within the IT Academy, and exploring innovative approaches to digital learning with recommendations for ongoing improvement.

At BCU, you’ll be part of a supportive and innovative environment where your ideas are valued. This is an opportunity to make a tangible impact on the digital confidence and capability of a diverse university community while developing your own professional expertise.
