The role
The Senior HR Change Manager will lead, from a people‑centred perspective, the strategic design, planning and delivery of a significant organisational change project across the faculty. Providing expert support, coaching and constructive challenge to ensure the people and organisational implications of major change programmes are fully understood. Through proactive guidance, influence and partnership working, you will shape and deliver effective solutions that strengthen our culture, enable high performance, and support the University to achieve its strategic ambitions.
About you
You will bring extensive experience leading large-scale complex change, organisational design, TUPE consultation, and transformation initiatives. You will be confident managing end-to-end projects and applying employment legislation including TUPE in a complex and fast paced environment. Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and relationship-building skills are essential to support a consistent and effective approach to people-related elements of major change.
